Since I was little, like most kids, I’ve received a lot.

From my parents. My family. Friends. Teachers. Sports coaches.
Love and care. Guidance. Lessons. Support. Time. Encouragement.

And at some point, something shifts.

Receiving no longer feels like enough.

It starts to feel a little passive somehow. I realize I have a lot of creative energy—and that I want to use it, to take on something more challenging.

In my family, we’ve created space and time for that kind of growth. A lot of it comes through entrepreneurship.

We started selling simple greeting cards to our neighbors. Slowly, that led to other creative projects we never would have predicted at the beginning—new experiences we want to try as we grow.

Recently, a friend asked if I could teach an art class to her 7-year-old daughter. I knew right away I’d love it. Then I thought—maybe I could add a few other kids too, if they were interested.

Pretty quickly, my little group was full: 8 kids.

I’m honestly so excited about this.

I feel comfortable teaching kids and explaining things. But I’m still learning how to teach and structure a class.

I’m lucky because my mom used to be a teacher, and she’s shared a lot with me about how to prepare a class: planning different activities to change the rhythm, mixing individual and pair work, listing all the materials in advance, and estimating how long each activity will take.

Doing that helps me show up with more confidence. And I really want the kids to get the most out of the time we spend together.

My next class will be about a Valentine collage—and I’m curious to see how each kid approaches the same materials in their own way.

Of course, I want to keep learning and training in art too! But right now, I feel proud to have created my own class, to share it with other kids, and to keep growing in this way. It’s the challenge I was hoping for :-)

I’m also genuinely grateful for the trust these families have put in me.

What about you? Have you ever felt that too—when receiving no longer feels like enough?

The Daily Immune Ritual I Trust All Winter Long

Winter is when I’m most intentional about supporting my immune system, and Pique’s Daily Immune has become one of my non-negotiables. It’s the kind of daily ritual that feels supportive, not overwhelming and one I actually look forward to.

What sets Daily Immune apart is its liposomal vitamin C, which helps deliver nutrients more effectively to your bloodstream and immune cells, where they can truly do their job. I notice the difference in how steady and resilient I feel, especially during colder months when my body needs extra support. The addition of elderberry gives it that extra layer of seasonal immune defense I trust.

Daily Immune supports my everyday immunity, collagen production, skin resilience, and antioxidant protection all in one simple step. I love that it fits seamlessly into my routine and tastes bright and refreshing.

Winter wellness doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective. For me, Daily Immune is an easy, consistent way to feel supported, strong, and cared for all season long
